In rare cases, delivery may take 16-20 business days due tounforeseen circumstances, but such delays are highly uncommon. During periodsof high order volumes, there may be slight delays, and we will notify you promptlyvia email or phone if your shipment is significantly delayed.To track your order, simply go to the Track Order' page on our website, which willredirect you to ParcelsApp. Alternatively, you can go directly to ParcelsApp andenter your tracking number there. While toysmouse.us is not affiliated with ParcelsAppmany of our customers find it efficiently tracks our orders, providing an easy wayto follow your order's journey to you.
